Nestled in the heart of Belleview, this quiet community of  seniors has the best of everything.    Located near doctors, shopping, the Post Office and Walgreen's, it's a stone's throw away from US 441, but so peaceful you'd think you were out in the country.

There are two types of homes in "The Villas."   Actual villas are single story attached homes, plus there are detached patio homes....  a little larger than the villas, and also single story.  All homes have a one car garage, and there are two areas for overflow parking. 

These homes were built from 1985 to 1989, and are concrete block with stucco over.  All have rear patios, fenced for privacy.  The rear patios are usually lovely, a tranquil place for outdoor relaxing and the owners' personal touches.
